What is Reiki and Sound Healing?

Reiki is life force energy and is not associated with any particular religion or belief system. It is channelled through the Reiki practitioner from the crown chakra and is sent out through the palms of the hands. There are three levels of Reiki training, 1, 2 and Master, as in Usui Reiki Master, as well as Angelic Reiki Master and teacher training. Anyone can learn Reiki and must be attuned to the energy by a Reiki Master. 

Sound Healing utilizes sound vibrations and specific frequencies that cause cells to vibrate with the same frequency, known as entrainment. This causes the body to realign to its natural state of balance. In this state, a person can experience relaxation, insights, even out of body experiences. There are a myriad of benefits, felt and unfelt physically and also in the subtle bodies, our light bodies.
